FAMILY ENGAGEMENT & PROGRAM COORDINATOR

My name is Sen-Soray Erving, and I’ve dedicated my life to providing resources and support to families in our community. Prior to my time with I Have A Dream Foundation I served as the case manager for Workforce Development at Silver Spring Neighborhood Center. In my position, I was able to build and strengthen the workforce by providing job services, training and employment assistance to individuals looking for work. I am excited to serve with “I Have A Dream” Foundation - Milwaukee as the Family Engagement & Program Coordinator because I pride myself in my communication skills and strategic approaches in helping the community and others to strive to be their best. Working with families and the Dreamers is a passion that warms my heart.

I have a Degree in Business and Communications, Majoring in Business Management. Also, I hold certifications in the following areas: Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) – April 2021; Community Based Residential Facility Instructor (CBRF) – April 2021; Human Services/Human Resources Certification – May 2021; Community Healthcare Worker (CHW) – February 2022; and a member of the Milwaukee Chamber of Commerce - May 2020.

In my spare time, I enjoy family, church, traveling and sports.
